This database was developed to help track Skills Development Fund grants. The primary use of this database is to track students, the classes they attend, cost of the classes, cost of all grant expenses, and much more. The information is then exported into excel for automated upload to satisfy state grant administration reporting requirements. Reports also include Duplicates Checking, Missing Information Checking, Batch Certificate Printing, and more. This database uses several Data Entry Forms to reduce the possibilty of errors in data entry. All of these benefits and more rolled into one easy to use database. The labor involved in managing the administration of Skills Development Fund was reduced by 75% with this database, enabling the use of the same resources to manage several grants concurrently.
